Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and RootSignal LLC (“RootSignal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates GOBBL. By creating an account, accessing authenticated features, or otherwise using GOBBL, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering this agreement, and permitted to use GOBBL under the laws and restrictions that apply to you.

What GOBBL provides
GOBBL is a single-project community product with public project information, community discussion, direct messages, member profiles, market context, achievements, rewards, support, notifications, moderation, and related participation tools. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the product develops.
GOBBL is not an exchange, broker, dealer, investment adviser, wallet, custodian, escrow service, or smart-contract auditor. It does not accept trade orders, custody user assets, hold private keys, or guarantee a token, transaction, market, link, or third-party service.

Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your authentication methods and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, share, or create accounts to evade restrictions or misrepresent identity.

Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RootSignal a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, distribute, display, moderate, and make that content available as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve GOBBL.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content. This license ends when content is removed from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, safety, legal, accounting, public-chain, and resharing records that may be retained.

Community conduct
The Community Guidelines govern profiles, chat, direct messages, media, reactions, campaigns, support, and other contributions. You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful conduct, deceptive promotion, market manipulation, malicious wallet requests, spam, infringement, or interference with the product.

Market information, wallets, and external links
Prices, charts, trades, holder information, alerts, token details, and other market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. GOBBL does not independently guarantee that information.
Buy, chart, explorer, wallet, launcher, social, and other external links lead to independent services. Verify the chain, token address, destination, amount, fees, permissions, and provider before acting. GOBBL will never request your seed phrase or private key.
Blockchain transactions can be public and irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing every wallet message and transaction before signing it.

Rewards and community programs
Each reward program is governed by its published terms, including eligibility, selection, limits, payout asset, timing, review route, and operator. A submission, nomination, prior award, or public budget does not create an entitlement unless the applicable program terms expressly say otherwise.
A public receipt records a confirmed transfer only. It does not establish a standard reward rate, promise future rewards, or disclose the internal severity or comparative value of a contribution.
Token rewards can be volatile, illiquid, taxable, restricted, delayed, or worth nothing. Recipients are responsible for their wallet, eligibility, taxes, and legal obligations.

Moderation, suspension, and termination
RootSignal may label or remove content, limit features, restrict direct messages or community participation, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, product integrity, or enforcement of these Terms. Action may occur without advance notice when delay could create harm.
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. Certain security, moderation, reward, support, accounting, acceptance, legal, and public-chain records may be retained when permitted or required.

Risk, disclaimers, and liability
You use GOBBL, digital assets, market information, wallets, and external services at your own risk. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness, noninfringement, token value, liquidity, safety, or results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RootSignal and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, token value, transactions, or opportunities. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid RootSignal for the service during the prior twelve months or 100 USD.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You agree to indemnify RootSignal against third-party claims arising from your content, unlawful conduct, rights violations, wallet activity, or breach of these Terms.

Disputes and governing law
Before filing a claim, contact team@rootsignal.io and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. These Terms are governed by Texas law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Williamson County, Texas, and each party consents to those courts.

Changes and contact
RootSignal may update these Terms as GOBBL, its risks, or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date will remain available here, with appropriate notice and renewed acceptance for material changes when required.
