Scope and responsible company
RootSignal LLC (“RootSignal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates GOBBL. This Policy explains how RootSignal collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use the product. Independent wallets, blockchains, websites, social networks, and market-data providers operate under their own policies.
02
Information we collect
- Account information such as email, authentication identifier, display name, avatar, account state, and communication choices.
- Public profile and community information such as handles, biographies, messages, replies, reactions, polls, memes, media, room membership, achievements, and selected public wallet or reward identity.
- Private product records such as direct messages, blocks, reports, moderation events, support cases, evidence, reward decisions, payout selections, and legal acceptances.
- Optional wallet information such as chain, public address, proof of control, visibility choice, payout selection, and public onchain balances or receipts. We never request seed phrases or private keys.
- Notification, integration, security, and diagnostic information needed to deliver messages, connect approved services, detect abuse, debug failures, and operate the product.
- Minimized first-party traffic information such as normalized page category, referring host, allowlisted actions, campaign parameters, and rotating random browser and session identifiers. Public traffic records do not store raw IP addresses, full dynamic URLs, wallet addresses, message contents, or search contents.
- Public blockchain, token, market, website, DNS, and social-profile information used to provide project and market context.
03
How we use information
- Provide accounts, profiles, community features, direct messages, support, notifications, moderation, achievements, rewards, and optional wallet features.
- Publish the content and identity choices you designate as public.
- Review reports, prevent abuse and fraud, secure accounts, enforce rules, and preserve necessary evidence.
- Operate and reconcile reward programs and confirmed public payout receipts.
- Measure, debug, secure, and improve GOBBL using minimized product events and sanitized diagnostics.
- Communicate about service, security, support, legal updates, and separately chosen marketing.
- Comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
04
Public content and blockchains
Public profiles, community posts, eligible earned achievements, reward programs, and confirmed receipts may be viewed, copied, indexed, or reshared by others. Achievement progress and sensitive records remain private.
Blockchain addresses, balances, and transactions are public and generally cannot be changed or deleted by GOBBL. A public address does not make our private knowledge that it belongs to a particular account public unless you select a public identity option.
05
When information is disclosed
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as needed to operate the product, follow your instructions, protect people and systems, complete an integration, or comply with law.
- Service providers supporting authentication, infrastructure, storage, email, push notifications, realtime delivery, diagnostics, support, market data, and blockchain access.
- Other members and public visitors when you publish content or choose a public identity or wallet setting.
- Wallets, blockchains, and external services when you connect, sign, open a destination, or authorize an action.
- Professional advisers, transaction counterparties, authorities, or affected parties when reasonably necessary for confidentiality-bound business activity, legal process, safety, fraud prevention, or rights enforcement.
06
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the product and for legitimate security, moderation, fraud-prevention, support, reward, accounting, acceptance, legal, and dispute purposes. Retention varies by record and may continue after account closure where permitted or required.
First-party public traffic events are retained for up to 90 days. Related random browser and campaign-attribution state expires after 30 days; session state ends with the browser session.
Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups and restricted safety or legal records. Public blockchain records and copies made by others are outside our deletion control.
07
Security
RootSignal uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect GOBBL information, including access controls, encryption for sensitive credentials, scoped authorization, minimized diagnostics, and audit records. No service can guarantee absolute security.
08
Your choices and rights
We may need to verify your identity before completing a rights request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
- Edit available profile, privacy, wallet-visibility, notification, and message-request settings.
- Link or unlink supported wallets and disconnect supported external identities.
- Block members or report content and conduct through available controls.
- Request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, appeal, or deletion where applicable by using support or emailing team@rootsignal.io.
09
Account deletion
You may request account deletion without accepting updated Terms. We remove or de-identify active account information when reasonably possible, while retaining limited security, moderation, reward, support, acceptance, accounting, legal, and public-chain records when necessary and permitted.
10
Age and international processing
GOBBL is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. If you believe a person under 18 has provided account information, contact team@rootsignal.io.
RootSignal and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where required, we use an approved transfer mechanism and provide applicable regional rights.
11
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as GOBBL, its providers, or applicable law changes. The current version and effective date will remain available here, with appropriate notice of material changes.
Privacy questions and verified rights requests may be sent to team@rootsignal.io.
