01
Purpose and coverage
These Guidelines apply to profiles, community chat, direct messages, replies, reactions, polls, memes, media, links, reward programs, support submissions, display names, and other content or conduct on GOBBL. Discussion can be energetic, skeptical, humorous, and critical. It cannot become deceptive, abusive, dangerous, or unlawful.
02
Scams, impersonation, and wallet safety
- Do not impersonate the project, a team member, moderator, member, provider, or RootSignal representative.
- Do not publish fake official links, fraudulent token addresses, deceptive giveaways, private-sale schemes, or misleading reward claims.
- Never request seed phrases, private keys, passwords, authentication codes, or unrestricted wallet authority.
- Do not disguise malicious links, malware, drainers, unsafe contracts, or wallet prompts.
- Do not promise guaranteed returns, risk-free profit, price support, liquidity, redemption, or payment you cannot lawfully and reliably provide.
03
Harassment and harmful conduct
- No threats, targeted harassment, stalking, bullying, hate, dehumanization, or encouragement of violence.
- No sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate material, or sexual content involving minors.
- No doxxing or publication of private contact, financial, authentication, wallet-identity, or location information without authorization.
- No encouragement of self-harm, dangerous conduct, or unlawful activity.
- Criticism of the project, market, team, moderator, or member must not become coordinated abuse or intimidation.
04
Authenticity and market integrity
- Do not spam, evade restrictions, operate deceptive accounts, fabricate community support, or coordinate inauthentic activity.
- Do not organize wash activity, fake volume, misleading holder distribution, undisclosed insider activity, price manipulation, or deceptive market claims.
- Do not present an outbound campaign open as proof of a like, repost, reply, view, follow, purchase, or another external action.
- Do not offer rewards for deceptive promotion, harassment, fabricated engagement, unsafe wallet permissions, or violations of another service’s rules.
- Clearly disclose compensation, free tokens, team roles, founder relationships, sponsorships, and other material connections when endorsing or promoting the project.
05
Content, privacy, and rights
- Share only content you have the right to use and upload.
- Respect copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy, confidentiality, and valid takedown requests.
- Do not publish private messages outside their intended audience without authorization or a legitimate safety reason.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful material, or content designed to defeat moderation or security systems.
- Label altered, synthetic, or misleading media when omission would materially deceive viewers.
06
Reporting and urgent safety
Use the in-product controls to report content, members, profiles, media, direct messages, or reward programs. Reports must be accurate and made in good faith. Security vulnerabilities belong in the private security-report route, not a public room.
GOBBL is for adults. Child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation are prohibited everywhere. Do not download or forward suspected material; report where it appears. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first because product support is not an emergency service.
07
Enforcement and appeals
RootSignal may label or remove content, reduce distribution, limit chat, support, or direct-message access, revoke privileges, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or terminate access based on severity, context, history, risk, and legal obligations. Some action may occur without advance notice to prevent harm or preserve an investigation.
Where an appeal is offered, explain why the decision appears mistaken and provide relevant context. Retaliation, repeated false reports, ban evasion, or abuse of appeals may result in further restrictions.
08
Changes and questions
RootSignal may update these Guidelines as GOBBL features and abuse patterns change. Material updates receive appropriate notice and renewed acceptance where required. Questions may be sent to team@rootsignal.io or through support.
