You do not need to delete your GOBBL account to remove specific data. Use the available account and community controls to edit or remove profile details, your own messages and media, wallet associations, and notification registrations.
If the data does not have a self-service control, email from the primary address on your account with the subject “Specific data deletion request.” Identify the data or feature you want removed and include your GOBBL handle if you have one. We may ask for a reasonable identity check before acting.
Request specific data deletionLimited safety, moderation, security, campaign, support, dispute, and legal records may be retained when necessary and permitted by law. Public blockchain records and copies made by other people remain outside GOBBL’s control.
GOBBL closes product access, removes or de-identifies active account information where reasonably possible, removes wallet associations and delivery credentials, and starts the protected direct-message deletion window.
Limited legal-acceptance, security, moderation, fraud, campaign, support, and dispute records may be retained when necessary and permitted by law. Public blockchain records and copies made by other people cannot be deleted by GOBBL.
